Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen processing at Mobile Infirmary Hospital, supporting diagnostic testing and patient care. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws across all ages, process specimens, ensure accurate data entry, and deliver high-quality customer service; may include specimen preparation, billing, and administrative tasks. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; certification or training in phlebotomy from an accredited agency or 3+ months experience; strong communication and customer service skills; reliable transportation and flexibility for overtime; ability to pass color blindness test.
