Hospital Phlebotomist - 2nd Shift

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen processing services at Labcorp in Wichita, KS. Objectives: ensure accurate specimen collection and data entry, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws for diverse patient groups, collect various specimens, process and prepare samples for testing, document patient and specimen data, and perform administrative duties including billing and travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months of phlebotomy experience or certification from an accredited agency; strong communication skills; customer service orientation; ability to work independently and reliably transport to multiple sites.
