Hospital Phlebotomist - 2nd Shift

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and patient interaction at Baltimore, MD. Objectives: perform accurate venipuncture and capillary collections for diverse patient groups, ensuring specimen integrity and superior customer service. Responsibilities: collect specimens for diagnostics and tests, document patient information, process billing, prepare samples for testing, and perform administrative duties; may travel to additional sites. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of phlebotomy experience or certification from an accredited agency; strong communication skills, customer service focus, ability to work independently or in teams, and pass a color blindness test.
