Hospital Phlebotomist

Role: Hospital Phlebotomist providing specimen collection services in clinical and hospital settings. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture, capillary collections, and manage specimen processing; accurately enter patient data; handle billing and payments; maintain specimen logs; deliver excellent patient service; and conduct administrative duties. Requirements: Washington State Phlebotomy license (or application in process); at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently and flexibly, including overtime. HighValue: clinical specimen collection, multiple specimen types (drug screens, paternity, alcohol), hospital setting, patient interaction, data entry, compliance with state licensing. WorkSetup: on-site at Issaquah, WA; schedule Monday-Thursday, 10:00pm–8:30am; potential for overtime.
