HIV Customer Representative - Silver Springs

Role: Field-based HIV Customer Representative responsible for engaging healthcare professionals within the Maryland and Northern Virginia territory to promote company HIV products, understand customer needs, and develop targeted strategies. Responsibilities: deliver tailored product information, act as primary contact for key accounts, collaborate with the customer team on account plans, and leverage technological channels to enhance engagement; focus on improving health outcomes and resource utilization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 2+ years sales experience or equivalent experience (minimum 6 years if without degree), valid driver’s license, willingness to travel up to 75%; experience in pharma, biotech, or medical device sales, particularly within infectious disease or HIV, highly preferred.
