Primary Responsibilities
- Communicate meaningful, customized product information to HCPs; engage in informed product discussions.
- Act as primary point of contact for select accounts; meet with key personnel to understand practice structure, business model, key influencers/network, customer needs, and identify opportunities.
- Coordinate with the customer team to develop customer strategy and long-term account plans.
- Share learnings/best practices across customers; focus on better health outcomes (HCP & patient experience).
- Provide input on resource allocation; identify and select relevant programs/services.
- Maintain knowledge of practice structure/business model/influencers and share with stakeholders; influence beyond geography/product area.
- Use new technologies and multi-channel capabilities to engage customers; maintain ethics/integrity and comply with relevant laws/policies.
- Execute HIV sales process: lead positioning vs competition, adapt to market trends, manage/execute Virology portfolio opportunities via segmentation/targeting/analysis, and manage payer complexities.
Territory
- Field-based coverage: Allentown, Reading, Harrisburg; reside within/near territory.
- Travel varies; role travel listed as 10%.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree + 2 years sales experience OR high school diploma + 6 years equivalent experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willing to travel in territory and attend national meetings/conferences.
