Histotechnologist II

Role: Histotechnologist II responsible for processing and preparing human tissue and fluid specimens for microscopic examination in a high-volume clinical laboratory. Responsibilities include embedding, sectioning, staining, and performing immunohistochemistry tests on surgical specimens, operating manual and automated lab instruments, and ensuring quality control and proper documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a biological or clinical science discipline meeting CLIA standards, with at least two years of histology laboratory experience and HTL or HT ASCP licensing.
