Histology Technologist III (3rd shift - Up to 35% shift diff)

Role: Histology Technologist III supporting high-complexity immunohistochemistry (IHC) lab operations in a biopharma context, with focus on specimen processing, IHC staining, QC, and slide preparation. Responsibilities: perform microtomy, embedding, IHC staining on Ventana and Dako platforms, troubleshoot lab issues, ensure specimen integrity, document results, maintain equipment, and assist in training staff. Qualifications: minimum 5+ years in IHC/histology labs, HT/HTL (ASCP) certification, Bachelor's or Associate degree in laboratory sciences or equivalent, or 60 semester hours with relevant coursework, plus documented high-complexity lab training. Preferred: QIHC certification. High-Value: extensive immunohistochemistry experience, high-complexity lab procedures, proficiency with Ventana and Dako systems, and experience in a regulated laboratory environment. Work Setup: on-site with periodic travel; may require evening/weekend shifts and handling biohazardous materials.
