Histology Team Lead

Role: Histology Team Lead overseeing tissue processing and special staining within a diagnostic laboratory. Responsibilities: perform immunohistochemistry and special stains, prepare slides, operate and maintain manual and automated histology equipment, ensure quality control, and document processes; lead technical operations and ensure timely, accurate reporting. Requirements: Associate’s degree in a chemical or biological science or applicable science credits meeting CLIA standards; at least 2 years of histology experience. Preferred: Histology and ASCP certifications; 5+ years histology experience; 6+ months immunohistochemistry expertise.
