High Throughput Biology Research Scientist

Role: Research Scientist in the High Throughput Human Biology group, supporting discovery programs via development of innovative human biology assays. Responsibilities: design, optimize, and implement high-throughput cell-based and biochemical assays; develop automated workflows utilizing robotics and computational tools; analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights; troubleshoot and improve assay performance; evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions; collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, communicate results, and maintain rigorous records. Requirements: PhD in a relevant discipline with 0-3 years of experience; strong molecular and cell biology skills in multi-well formats (e.g., qPCR, immunoassays, high-content imaging); proficiency in coding languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB; demonstrated creativity in assay development and teamwork. Preferred: hands-on automation experience, AI workflow development, and track record of process improvements.
