Role Responsibilities:
- Supports access to GSK Hepatology products for appropriate patients.
- Educates providers on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK specialty products; helps providers understand GSK Patient Support Programs to support patient access.
- Interfaces internally with Payer Account Managers, Hepatology Specialty Pharmacy Account Directors, and Hepatology Sales teams.
- Analyzes access/reimbursement issues and opportunities for GSK’s hepatology portfolio.
- Provides offices product access/reimbursement expertise.
- Provides access/reimbursement education to field teams.
- Coordinates access/reimbursement issues with third parties, including hubs.
- Provides subject matter expertise on reimbursement barriers to support patient access.
- Reports to a Director of Hepatology Field Reimbursement.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to travel up to 60% (including overnights).
- Must live within the territory.
- Valid driver’s license.
- 3+ years’ experience in Field Reimbursement, Specialty/Biologics Field Sales, Payer Marketing, and/or Patient Support Programs.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/MPH or other advanced degree.
- 6+ years’ related experience.
- Experience in Hepatology/Gastroenterology; Centers of Excellence/complex healthcare systems; supporting product launches in rare/highly specialized therapies.
- Knowledge of payer environment and reimbursement methodologies; Commercial, Medicare A/B/C/D, and state Medicaid dynamics.
- Understanding of HCPCS, CPT, and ICD-10 coding regulations; Specialty Pharmacy access process.
- Experience with HUB/reimbursement call centers.

Benefits (if based in Cambridge, MA; Waltham, MA; Rockville, MD; or San Francisco, CA): annual base salary $167,475–$279,125, annual bonus, share-based long-term incentive eligibility, and benefits including health/insurance, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
