Hepatology Access & Reimbursement Manager (H-ARM)
Responsibilities:
- Support access to GSK Hepatology products for appropriate patients.
- Educate providers on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK specialty products; help providers understand GSK Patient Support Programs.
- Interface internally with Payer Account Managers, Hepatology Specialty Pharmacy Account Directors, and Hepatology Sales teams.
- Analyze access/reimbursement issues and opportunities for GSKβs hepatology portfolio.
- Provide product access/reimbursement expertise to offices and education to field teams.
- Coordinate access/reimbursement issues with third parties including hubs.
- Provide subject matter expertise on reimbursement barriers to support patient access.
Basic qualifications:
- Bachelorβs Degree
- Travel up to 60% (overnights)
- Live within the territory; valid driverβs license
- 3+ yearsβ experience in Field Reimbursement, Specialty/Biologics Field Sales, Payer Marketing, or Patient Support Programs
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA/MPH or advanced degree
- Live within 50 miles of a major metropolitan airport (for larger geographies)
- 6+ yearsβ relevant experience (areas above)
- Hepatology/Gastroenterology experience and knowledge of patient diagnostic journey
- Experience with Centers of Excellence/complex healthcare systems; rare disease/highly specialized therapy access experience
- Knowledge of payer environment and reimbursement (Commercial, Medicare A/B/C/D, state Medicaid), HCPCS/CPT/ICD-10
- Experience with HUB/reimbursement call centers
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a matrix environment
Compensation/benefits (explicitly stated):
- US base salary range: $152,250β$253,750; annual bonus; share-based long-term incentive eligibility; health/insurance, retirement, paid holidays/vacation, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
