Hepatology Access & Reimbursement Manager (H-ARM)

Responsibilities:
- Support access to GSK Hepatology products for appropriate patients.
- Educate providers on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK specialty products; help providers understand GSK Patient Support Programs to support patient access.
- Interface internally with Payer Account Managers, Hepatology Specialty Pharmacy Account Directors, and Hepatology Sales teams.
- Analyze access/reimbursement issues and opportunities for GSK’s hepatology portfolio.
- Provide product access/reimbursement expertise to offices; deliver access/reimbursement education to field teams.
- Coordinate access/reimbursement issues with third parties (including hubs).
- Provide subject matter expertise on reimbursement barriers impacting patient access.
- Reports to a Director of Hepatology Field Reimbursement.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Travel up to 60% (including overnights).
- Must live within the territory.
- Valid driver’s license.
- 3+ years’ experience in Field Reimbursement or Specialty/Biologics Field Sales, Payer Marketing, and/or Patient Support Programs.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/MPH or other advanced degree; 6+ years’ relevant experience.
- Hepatology/Gastroenterology experience; Centers of Excellence/complex systems experience.
- Knowledge of payer environment, reimbursement methodologies/policies, HCPCS/CPT/ICD-10, specialty pharmacy access process; Commercial/Medicare/Medicaid dynamics.
- Experience working with HUBs/reimbursement call centers.

Compensation/Benefits (US): Base salary range $152,250–$253,750; annual bonus; eligibility for share-based long-term incentive; health/insurance, retirement, paid holidays/vacation, caregiver/parental and medical leave.
