Job Summary
Director within the Modeling Center of Excellence (CoE) providing strategic and technical modeling support to HEOR, Market Access & Pricing, and the broader commercial organization. Leads the team supporting HEOR disease/asset teams in developing health economic models for HTA submissions and evidence generation needs. Sets modeling strategy direction across therapeutic areas or pipeline assets; provides input into product value strategy/tactics and post-hoc clinical trial/evidence generation interpretations. Role is in-person, hybrid, or remote.

Key Responsibilities
- Set the direction for modeling strategy across one or more therapeutic areas or pipeline assets
- Lead and support the HEOR Modeling team in developing/rolling out economic models to support product value strategy
- Develop global cost-effectiveness and budget impact models; may include de novo model programming and vendor QA/validation
- Train models and support regional teams for local adaptation, HTA submissions, and reimbursement negotiations
- Provide thought leadership on economic modeling for strategic plans and evidence generation
- Contribute to design and interpretation of evidence generation studies needed for economic models
- Provide HEOR evidence subject matter expertise to cross-functional partners for access/reimbursement
- Present research at scientific congresses and support development of peer-reviewed publications

Minimum Qualifications
- Advanced degree in health economics or related discipline (e.g., mathematics, statistics, economics, epidemiology)
- Typically 10 years of relevant experience in health economics and outcomes research (or equivalent education/experience)
- Preference for supervisory/management experience
- Extensive experience designing/developing health economic models; preferred experience supporting HTA submissions and negotiations
- Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity in a matrixed environment
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range
- $204,000 - $306,000
