Role: Hematology-Oncology Specialist responsible for building relationships within the oncology community, providing product information, and supporting clinical and market access efforts. Responsibilities: develop strategic business plans, position on-label benefits, resolve access issues, collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Education, and gather customer feedback. Maintain clinical and technical expertise related to Karyopharm’s products, foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, and support promotional activities at medical meetings. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales with a successful track record, including 2+ years in oncology or rare disease sales, preferably in Hematology or Multiple Myeloma. Preferred: existing oncology practice relationships, strong business acumen, and proximity to the territory. HighValue: focus on hematologic malignancies (multiple myeloma), product launch experience, oncology community engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. WorkSetup: territory-based with travel as needed.
