Responsibilities:
- Drive access, demand, and strategic growth across Takeda’s Hematology portfolio in assigned geography/key accounts.
- Achieve/exceed sales targets and MBO goals via disciplined territory/account strategies.
- Develop and execute territory and strategic account plans (stakeholder mapping, prioritization, tactical execution).
- Serve as primary Hematology account manager; strategic intermediary between Takeda and institutional/nonacute customers.
- Drive formulary, protocol, and pathway access by engaging clinical, pharmacy, medical policy, operations, and finance stakeholders.
- Maintain account knowledge (reimbursement, inventory, procurement, access barriers) and lead account-specific QBRs.
- Analyze data to inform sales strategy and optimize resource utilization.
- Build bleeding/clotting disorder and portfolio expertise; cultivate KOL relationships.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure compliant customer engagement and share insights with matrix teams/leadership.

Required Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
- 5+ years direct selling experience to healthcare professionals (or equivalent specialty pharma/biotech/device experience).
- Account management/territory ownership experience; strong hematology/hospital/IDN landscape knowledge.
- Experience supporting/executing product launches in complex institutional settings.
- Ability to develop account plans aligned to corporate objectives; payer access/reimbursement managed care knowledge.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-influence skills.
- Reside within or near assigned geography.
- Valid Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience generating acute demand in institutional settings.
- Buy-and-bill and specialty pharmacy collaboration experience.
- Advanced degree (MBA/MS/PharmD or similar).
- Experience influencing C/D-suite and senior clinical leaders in health systems/IDNs.

Travel/Training:
- Ability to drive/fly; 25–50% overnight travel as needed.
- Complete mandatory product training and exams (written/oral).
