Role Responsibilities
- Plan and execute compliant Medical strategy and engagement for assigned customers in an assigned territory.
- Maintain expertise in relevant therapeutic area/disease states and Pfizer medicines; provide TA/product information to internal/external stakeholders.
- Serve as a conduit for Medical Information and customer insights; provide allowed info to HCPs and share customer viewpoints with Pfizer.
- Contribute to Medical content strategy and execute aligned Field Medical tactics.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with headquarters Medical colleagues and Medical Information.
- Deliver approved medical content via live/virtual presentations and written/phone conversations; optimize patient centricity (health literacy and cultural awareness).

Additional Role Responsibilities
- Deliver approved medical content; identify/engage priority customer segments.
- Respond to unsolicited HCP medical requests and field inbound queries via triage.
- Partner with Global Medical Affairs, Oncology R&D, and GPD to support site identification for Pfizer-sponsored trials, including under-represented populations.
- Provide Medical support throughout Investigator Sponsored Research (ISR); cultivate TA/research expertise and stay current on congress data/literature.
- Provide asset leadership; apply study design/data interpretation principles with customers.
- Communicate with Patient Advocacy Groups; deliver insights on structure/capabilities/patient needs.
- Participate in cross-functional committees; represent Medical Affairs at clinical/professional associations.
- Mentorship (onboarding partner, ad board and study lead mentor) and participate in special projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a health science (required).
- Experience: PharmD/PhD (5+ years) or MBA/MSc (7+ years) or BA/BSc (8+ years).
- Recognized subject matter expert; manage high project volume remotely with strong prioritization/judgment in continuous improvement.
- Lead change, problem-solve, network, rapidly adopt digital tools, and maintain excellent oral/written communication.
- Travel 60–80% and operate a company car.

Preferred Qualifications
- PharmD/PhD or equivalent terminal doctoral degree.
- Hematology expertise; prior Field Medical experience; familiarity with SOPs/rules/regulations.
- Leadership/teamwork, self-starter/accountability, strong interpersonal and conflict-management skills.

Location/Work Schedule
- Remote – Field Based; proximity to an airline hub city; occasional weekend work.

Benefits/Compensation
- Base salary range: $176,600–$294,300; eligible for Global Performance Plan bonus (20% target) and long-term incentive.
