The Oncology Field Medical, Director provides therapeutic area (malignant hematology) and product expertise across medical customer segments and initiatives in Florida.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute compliant medical strategy and customer engagement in territory.
- Maintain TA/product knowledge; provide scientific information to internal/external stakeholders.
- Serve as a conduit for medical information and customer insights; respond to HCP requests per Pfizer guidance.
- Develop medical content strategy input and execute Field Medical tactics.
- Lead effective cross-functional communication (HQ medical and Field Medical colleagues).
- Deliver approved medical content via presentations, written, and virtual/phone communication.
- Optimize patient-centric communications (health literacy/cultural awareness).
- Identify and engage priority customer segments; field inbound HCP queries via triage.
- Support ISR (Investigator Sponsored Research) and partner on potential clinical trial site identification, including under-represented populations.
- Stay current on congress data/literature; provide asset leadership; communicate study design/data analysis concepts.
- Coordinate with patient advocacy groups; deliver local PO insights; serve on committees.
- Represent Medical Affairs leadership professionally; mentor onboarding/ad board/study leads; participate in special projects.

Basic Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree in health science.
- Relevant experience: PharmD/PhD (5+ yrs) or MBA/MSc (7+ yrs) or BA/BSc (8+ yrs).
- Malignant hematology subject-matter expertise; currently reside in Florida.
- Ability to manage remote projects, prioritize, lead change, and problem-solve.
- Strong communication skills; operate company car and travel 60–80%.

Preferred:
- Terminal doctoral degree; deep malignant hematology expertise; established HCP network in territory; prior Field Medical experience; familiarity with relevant SOPs/regulations; demonstrated leadership/teamwork/interpersonal skills.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Annual base salary $176,600–$294,300; eligible for Global Performance Plan bonus (20% target) and share-based long-term incentives; 401(k) match, retirement contribution, paid vacation/holidays/personal days, caregiver/parental/medical leave, and medical/dental/vision coverage.

Work Location: Remote – Field Based.
