Hematology Clinical Account Specialist - Pittsburgh, PA

Field-based role (candidates should live within a reasonable distance from Pittsburgh, PA).
Responsibilities:
- Support a solution featuring BI-specific antibodies for the treatment of B-cell lymphoma.
- Build and implement territory business plans aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
- Demonstrate clear and thorough hematology disease-state understanding.
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with hematologists/oncologists, nursing and office staff, and others in the oncology patient care continuum.
- Foster collaboration within a co-promotion landscape and with extended team network.
- Build a comprehensive strategic business plan with specific, measurable objectives and action-oriented strategies; manage responsible resource allocation; follow compliant, high-ethical standards.
- Meet/exceed assigned sales goal.
- Present approved disease state and product information using persuasive selling within AbbVie/Pharmacyclics Promotional Policy.
- Leverage sales analytics and customer intelligence to create strategic plans aligned with brand objectives.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies in the territory with cross-functional partners and approved resources.
- Continuously build knowledge of marketplace/territory changes and disease/product expertise.
- Collaborate with territory partners and external counterparts.
- Develop and execute call plans to achieve call metrics and optimize coverage/frequency.
- Comply with all laws, regulations, and policies governing Pharmacyclics activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs Degree preferred.
- 2+ years Hematology/Oncology sales experience preferred.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations.
- Exceptional communication skills; consultative selling approach.
- Competitive selling skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Pass AbbVie/Pharmacyclics background check and additional background screening as required by some institutions/health facilities (e.g., immunization, TB, HIV, hepatitis, drug screening).
- Regular business travel (air or car).
- Ability to drive a personal auto or company vehicle/equipment.
- Valid driverโs license; ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
