Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline Help Desk support for on-site and remote users; field tickets via Fresh Service and remote access tools
- Maintain PC lifecycle (imaging, deploying, migrating, retiring PCs)
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and software
- Answer inquiries regarding Windows 11, Office 365, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Uphold acceptable usage policies and IT security best practices
- Assist IT management with physical networking tasks as needed
- Support and troubleshoot video conferencing technologies on PCs and in conference rooms
- Perform light Active Directory administration

Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional IT experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 11 in an Active Directory Domain setting
- Proficiency with enterprise computer image deployment tools (e.g., Smart Deploy)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 desktop applications
- Proficiency using remote support tools (e.g., Beyond Trust)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune
- Proficiency with video conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex)

Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- A+ certification
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Experience with cloud MDM platforms

- Wisconsin pay range: $55,000 USD - $67,000 USD
