Health Value Translation Lead

Main Responsibilities:
- Represent PDMD at the global project team, integrating patient strategy across milestones, decision-making forums, and sub-teams.
- Develop and implement Patient Disease Strategies (PDS) from research through all development stages, ensuring patient-relevant differentiation, program acceleration, and stakeholder awareness/access (including patient participation).
- Drive pre-clinical programs through registration to meet expectations of patients, payers, and regulators.
- Identify and integrate external engagement activities with Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs) in and across key countries.
- Build cross-functional internal collaborations to integrate PDS into global and local strategies.
- Partner with PAGs to ensure R&D decisions reflect patient needs.
- Lead value development by systematically assessing digital capacities and real-world data.
- Contribute to regulatory and payer submission dossiers.

Qualifications / Education / Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Health Policy, Biology or related fields).
- 5+ years of experience in clinical development.
- Experience in Real World investigations and knowledge of patient preference research.
- Understanding of payers’ environment in key markets and the evolving patient, regulatory, and payer landscape.

- Familiarity with digital tools, large language models, and social media listening.
