Role: The Health Systems Director develops and executes strategic account plans targeting private equity, large urology groups, IDNs, academic institutions, and healthcare systems to drive CG Oncology’s bladder cancer therapies. Responsibilities: lead engagement strategies, build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, identify market opportunities, remove access barriers, and influence key opinion leaders. Must manage large geographies, facilitate internal-external stakeholder alignment, and support product demand generation and patient access initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred; 5+ years in biopharma or medical device sales, with 2-3 years in oncology/urology, IDNs, or healthcare ecosystems. Proven success in hospital/IDN sales, with knowledge of healthcare decision-making, pathways, and formularies. Travel up to 75%, with preference for candidates near major metro areas like Dallas, Houston, or Arizona. High-Value: focus on bladder cancer, immunotherapies, Uro-Oncology, healthcare systems, large practice and hospital ecosystems, and stakeholder engagement. Work setup: Fully remote with regional travel.
