Role: The Health Systems Director develops and executes strategic account plans targeting private equity firms, top large urology groups, IDNs, academic centers, and healthcare systems to drive CG Oncology’s bladder cancer therapeutics. Responsibilities: lead market engagement, facilitate C-suite and stakeholder relationships, remove barriers within complex healthcare ecosystems, align local and national strategies, and develop customer-specific account roadmaps. Collaborate cross-functionally with field teams, medical, marketing, and access to optimize demand generation and patient access; inform internal stakeholders of market trends and opportunities; develop thought leader relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. At least 5 years of biopharma or medtech sales experience with a focus on oncology/urology, including 2-3 years working with IDNs, large practices, and healthcare systems. Deep knowledge of hospital ecosystems, formulary processes, and health system decision-making. Proven success in building executive relationships, negotiating with senior decision makers, and leading market access strategies. Experience in uro-oncology, oncology, or precision medicine highly preferred. Travel: up to 75%, with residence near major metros like Chicago or Detroit preferred for efficient market coverage. Work setup: Fully remote, with regional travel. High-value biopharma specifics include focus on bladder cancer, complex healthcare stakeholders, and large hospital or health system sales.
