Role: The Health Systems Director leads strategic account development and engagement efforts targeting private equity firms, top large urology groups, academic institutions, IDNs, VA, and DoD within the bladder cancer therapeutic landscape. Responsibilities: Develop and implement account plans, facilitate internal and external stakeholder engagement, drive demand generation and patient access initiatives, and align efforts across geographic regions; foster long-term relationships with key decision makers; inform internal teams on market insights and trends; and represent CG Oncology at industry events. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 5+ years in biopharma or medtech sales, with 2-3 years in oncology/urology, IDN, or healthcare systems; deep knowledge of hospital ecosystems, medical policies, and large group practice dynamics; proven success in senior stakeholder negotiations and relationship building; willingness to travel up to 75%; residence within driving distance of a major metropolitan hub such as Chicago, Cleveland, Cincinnati, or Detroit.
