Responsibilities include developing and executing market-specific strategies, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, removing barriers to demand, and aligning internal teams with external account needs. The role involves managing large geographic territories, collaborating across cross-functional teams, and championing thought leader engagement and customer partnerships. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. At least 5 years of biopharma or medtech commercial experience, with 2-3 years in oncology/urology settings, deep knowledge of hospital ecosystems, and proven success in large hospital, IDN, and healthcare system sales. Experience with key accounts, healthcare decision-making, and negotiation with senior stakeholders is essential. High-Value: Focus on Uro-Oncology, bladder cancer, and healthcare system engagement; extensive travel (~75%); preferred residence near major metros (e.g., Charlotte, DC). Collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders and external healthcare entities is critical for successful market penetration and demand generation.
