Role Summary

Health Economics & Outcomes Research Sr Manager, Obesity is a global HEOR leadership role responsible for executing HEOR strategy across assets within the obesity space, aligned with the Access Strategy Lead. You will translate strategic HEOR objectives into concrete execution, produce payer-relevant evidence, PRO/COA data, and support HTA submissions and economic models while engaging with internal teams and external experts.

Responsibilities

  • Generating global-impact payer-relevant evidence, patient reported outcomes (PRO), clinical outcomes assessment strategy (COA) and evidence synthesis
  • Ensuring delivery of global materials to support Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions including the Global Value Dossier (GVD) and economic models
  • Translating strategic objectives into concrete execution via HEOR project plan
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with top-10 countries, including the United States
  • Ensuring compliance with HTA dossier governance
  • Engaging with vendors and external experts to validate HEOR strategy and technical approach

Qualifications

  • Required: Doctorate degree and 2 years of health economics & outcomes research experience
  • Required: Master's degree and 4 years of health economics & outcomes research experience
  • Required: Bachelor's degree and 6 years of health economics & outcomes research experience
  • Required: Associate’s degree and 10 years of health economics & outcomes research experience
  • Required: High school diploma / GED and 12 years of health economics & outcomes research experience
  • Preferred: Degree educated in relevant field
  • Preferred: Health economics training (on the job or academic)
  • Preferred: Experience in writing research protocols and publications
  • Preferred: Experience in developing payer-relevant evidence, including real-world evidence
  • Preferred: Experience in designing PRO/COA strategy
  • Preferred: Experience in evidence synthesis (systematic literature reviews, indirect treatment comparisons and meta-analyses)
  • Preferred: Strategic and technical understanding of HTA requirements
  • Preferred: Experience in developing GVDs and AMCP dossiers
  • Preferred: Experience in developing economic models and predictive analytics
  • Preferred: Experience in influencing Access strategy with a HEOR lens
  • Preferred: Preferably experience in the United States market
