Global Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) Senior Manager
What You Will Do
Responsibilities:
- Implement HEOR strategy, aligned with Access Strategy Lead (ASL), for one or several assets across the life cycle management.
- Generate global-impact payer-relevant evidence, PRO, COA strategy, and evidence synthesis.
- Deliver global materials to support HTA submissions, including Global Value Dossier (GVD) and economic models.
- Translate strategic objectives into HEOR project plans.
- Maintain strong working relationships with top-10 countries (including the U.S.).
- Ensure compliance with HTA dossier governance.
- Engage vendors and external experts to validate HEOR strategy and technical approach.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications (choose one):
- Doctorate + 2 years HEOR experience; or
- Master’s + 4 years; or
- Bachelor’s + 6 years; or
- Associate’s + 10 years; or
- High school/GED + 12 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in relevant field; health economics training.
- Experience writing research protocols/publications.
- Developing payer-relevant evidence (including real-world evidence).
- Designing PRO/COA strategy.
- Evidence synthesis (systematic reviews, indirect treatment comparisons, meta-analyses).
- HTA requirements understanding.
- Developing GVDs and AMCP dossiers.
- Economic modeling and predictive analytics.
- Influencing Access strategy with a HEOR lens.
- U.S. market experience.
