Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and deliver the talent and development strategy for US Commercial, translating enterprise talent priorities into local action.
- Partner with P&O Business Partners and business leaders on talent diagnostics using data, market insights, technology, and predictive analytics to strengthen workforce planning and decision-making.
- Enable critical roles and succession outcomes through OTR facilitation, high-potential/priority-group development, early careers and capability mapping, and cross-functional mobility programs.
- Support succession planning and talent reviews, including Critical Role identification and clear follow-through from OTR sessions.
- Drive assessment and development planning for successors/HiPos; deliver local strategies for priority groups; coordinate interventions (hire, develop, retain) with recruitment and rewards partners.
- Run local talent brokering forums/rotation opportunities and lead Future Me activities and local talent forums.
- Maintain high-quality Workday talent data.
- Act as a Talent Ambassador, coaching leaders on succession excellence and future-ready practices.
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelorβs degree in a business discipline.
- Extensive P&O (HR) experience in Talent Management and Scouting (or adjacent) with commitment to Talent & Transformation.
- Strategic collaborator with executive leaders; comfortable partnering with C-suite to drive business outcomes.
- Deep experience delivering internal talent mobility interventions grounded in business strategy.
- Builder/creator mindset; fluent English.
Desirable Criteria:
- Commercial AI or technology background.
- Pharma or tech industry experience.
