Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day oversight of the NA and Global SPC strategic business partnership program.
- Manage the NA and Global SPC Strategic Business Partner team.
- Provide strategic governance for compliance executive committees (e.g., U.S. Compliance Committee, Quarterly Assurance Meeting, Specialty Care GBU Days, Global/NA E&BI Town Halls) and present regularly.
- Communicate with executive management on key risks and topics from Speak Up inquiries, assurance results, and daily compliance oversight.
- Supervise development and delivery of training on global/local healthcare requirements, regulator guidance, and industry/internal standards.
- Provide strategic, timely compliance advice and risk assessment for initiatives, projects, and field/home office activities.
- Partner with NA/Global E&BI and other functions to implement local/global requirements and standards (e.g., Code of Conduct, Global Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Job Aids).
- Maintain trusted relationships with Commercial, Medical, and enabling leaders to integrate compliance into strategic decisions.
- Lead integration of AI innovation into compliance programs by partnering with Digital, Data & AI and business teams for responsible AI adoption.
- Supervise special projects and business process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required; JD or other advanced degree highly preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of life sciences/pharmaceutical/healthcare experience.
- Proven experience leading and managing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead change in a large, matrixed organization.
- Excellent written, oral, and executive presentation skills.
