Role Summary

Head Sales and Marketing Institutional Business responsible for driving North America’s commercial strategy and execution for the Institutional business. Leads commercial efforts across multiple products and therapeutic areas, overseeing P&L, sales, marketing, and generics portfolio strategy, ensuring strong market penetration and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement comprehensive commercial strategy for the portfolio of specialty generics to maximize performance, revenue and market share.
  • Synthesize and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to refine product positioning.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on commercial strategies, oversee launch readiness, and ensure product availability and distribution efficiency.
  • Drive and implement operational activity to optimize sales, market share and revenue growth in the short and long term.
  • Full accountability of the P&L of the business, including forecasting, pricing and distribution channels.
  • Provide commercial inputs for diversifying the product portfolio and participate in Business Development activities.
  • Review brand performance through data insights and adjust strategies, including tactical measures to scale revenue and build brand.
  • Drive a high-performance culture within the sales and marketing organization aligned with objectives and targets.
  • Build strong networks and relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales and brand.
  • Oversee Sales and Marketing leadership with a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum work experience: 10+ years in Marketing and/or Sales with P&L responsibility; proven growth experience in Specialty Pharma.

  • Excellent knowledge of institutional/hospital network dynamics.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing / business / relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
