Head of US Oncology Business Unit (OBU) Data, Digital & Technology (DD&T) β Sr. Director (Cambridge, MA Hybrid)
Objectives/Purpose:
- Enterprise-level leadership for DD&T across the US Oncology Business Unit; define and drive a cohesive DD&T strategy that enables commercial execution, patient impact, and sustainable performance.
Responsibilities:
- Primary DD&T advisor to US OBU leadership; shape strategy, priorities, and investment decisions.
- Define and lead an integrated multi-year DD&T strategy and roadmap aligned to US OBU and enterprise direction.
- Enable execution across the commercial lifecycle (insight-driven decision making and operational effectiveness).
- Embed patient journey thinking (education, engagement, access, adherence, continuity of care).
- Own DD&T readiness for new product launches and major business milestones.
- Establish and govern shared data/analytics assets for a trusted view of patients, customers, and performance.
- Define value cases, KPIs, and success metrics; ensure sustained value realization.
- Lead governance for demand prioritization, dependency management, and resource allocation; ensure compliance with enterprise security/privacy/regulatory standards.
- Serve as a senior partner in enterprise DD&T leadership; drive change management and adoption.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of Pharma/Biotech DD&T leadership experience.
- Deep understanding of US oncology commercial models.
- Experience with data platforms, AI innovation, and digital enablement in regulated environments.
- Knowledge of patient engagement, access, and customer experience technologies.
- Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders; deliver measurable business and patient impact.
- Enterprise-level influence across functions/geographies; strong executive communication; ability to lead through complexity.
Travel: Up to ~20% (primarily domestic).
