The Director, Sourcing, Marketing & Sales, NA & Innovative Medicines role in Healthcare is at the forefront of driving EMD Seronoโs purpose to create, improve and prolong lives, as one for patients, with leaders across the Medical and Commercial Healthcare business as well as through strategic relationships with our suppliers. You lead a team of Category Manager for specific Business stakeholders including the development of sourcing strategies for their respective scope of activities in close collaboration with internal business stakeholders. This role is expected to co-develop sourcing strategies for multi-year, multi-geography teams across regions. Duties will include development and execution of Sourcing Strategies in alignment with key stakeholder business priorities, as well as RFx development, demand management, competitive bid analysis, contract development, negotiation planning, and strategic supplier management.
As the leader of this team, you will interface closely with Business Partners to understand their business priorities and needs, and in turn, define specific initiatives to support the business. This role is also expected to support the optimization of sourcing processes, while enhancing overall User Experience.
