Head of Site Supply Chain

Role: Lead the Supply Chain at a manufacturing site, responsible for planning, inventory, warehouse management, campaign readiness, and ensuring timely customer service. Main objectives include optimizing site operations, supporting seasonal and pandemic campaigns, and aligning local activities with global supply chain strategies. Responsibilities encompass site capacity planning, managing campaign execution, inventory integrity, data governance, and warehouse operations, along with pandemic preparedness and product lifecycle input. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with global teams, overseeing a team of approximately 30 employees, and representing operations in strategic forums. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field; 10+ years of supply chain experience with 4+ years in leadership; strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain, preferably within vaccine manufacturing, including regulatory and quality aspects. Skills: ERP systems knowledge (preferably SAP), analytical acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in a matrix organization. High-value specifics include vaccine supply chain management, GxP compliance, campaign planning, and pandemic preparedness. Travel is minimal, domestically and internationally.
