Role Summary

Head of the PSS Enterprise Delivery Office leading strategic alignment, governance, and program management across Sanofiβ€šΓ„Γ΄s Specialty and General Medicines Patient Support Services to translate innovative ideas into standards, processes, and measurable impact for patients and the business. This role oversees enterprise delivery methodology, prioritization, and cross-therapeutic collaboration, reporting to the Head of PSS.

Responsibilities

  • Connecting strategy to execution across the enterprise
  • Driving alignment and prioritization
  • Standardizing how delivery happens
  • Measuring and communicating the impact of the work
  • Ensuring the story of patient and business impact is told effectively

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS); minimum 10 years of experience in patient support services within the pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare industry; at least 5 years of leadership experience including direct team management and strategic oversight
  • Preferred: Advanced degree (MBA or clinical degree)

Skills

  • Strategic leadership, project management, communication & change management, and governance
  • People management; ability to drive synergies across therapeutic areas
  • Experience in governance frameworks, performance metrics, and standards management
  • Effective stakeholder engagement with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Understanding of infusion therapy commercialization, buy & bill or medical benefits, and pharmacy benefit products
  • Strong organizational and conflict-management skills; adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of FDA, OIG, and other relevant industry regulations

Education

  • BA/BS required; MBA or clinical degree preferred

Additional Requirements

  • Travel: Up to 30% travel required to support field engagement and team leadership in Cambridge, MA
