Head of Project Delivery (Swiftwater, PA)
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
- 5+ years of experience in Computerized System Implementation OR Project Management
- 1+ year of people management experience
- Pharma consulting experience will be considered
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional delivery teams
- Experience in Smart Factory, digital manufacturing, or transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions and data-driven technologies
- Strong understanding of digital solution implementation and project delivery
- Experience with system incident and risk management
Main Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Solution Implementation Leads (SILs); build delivery capabilities (project execution, implementation excellence, change management); plan/evolve team capacity and succession.
- Own end-to-end delivery of Site Smart Factory initiatives; align scope/timing to business priorities; monitor progress, dependencies, and risks; maintain the Smart Factory Project Deployment Budget.
- Translate roadmap priorities into delivery plans; coordinate pilots/deployments/scaling; ensure alignment to delivery models/standards/templates; maintain/prioritize delivery backlog.
- Establish governance (weekly reviews, monthly steering); report status/risks/outcomes; align Operations and SILs with business/system/process owners; act as primary escalation point; ensure training/communication/support.
- Ensure handover to Operations/Local Business System Owners post-qualification; support stabilization and operational readiness; ensure documentation/training/support; ensure system audit readiness.
