Operations
Role: Lead Takeda's enterprise environmental compliance, sustainability, and climate strategies, including natural resource conservation, risk management, and greenhouse gas reduction initiatives. Responsibilities: develop and implement environmental programs, oversee regulatory compliance and environmental due diligence (mergers/acquisitions), guide Scope 1 and 2 net-zero roadmap to FY2035, manage renewable energy, environmental data/reporting, and external stakeholder engagement. Lead a high-performing team, fostering innovation and accountability. Requirements: 10+ years in the pharmaceutical/biopharma industry with experience in environmental compliance, risk management, GxP, and sustainability initiatives; degree in life sciences, engineering, or similar. Preferred: industry certifications (e.g., Chartered Engineer).
