Set project priorities, author technical documents, and represent the department externally. Manage and mentor scientists and managers. Qualifications: PhD in Immunology or related field, 5+ years industry experience in advanced assay development, expertise in assay lifecycle management, robotic sample handling, and validation under GCLP/cGMP. Strong publication record and experience with analytical validations and biostatistics. Preferred: experience with AI/machine learning for automation, regulatory interactions.
