Role: Senior Leader in Vaccines R&D Clinical Immunology and Diagnostics, focusing on developing next-generation immunodiagnostic assays for vaccine clinical trials and epidemiological studies. Responsibilities: lead assay development teams, drive high-throughput, automated ligand binding assay strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with GCLP/cGMP standards. Set project priorities, author technical documents, and represent the department externally. Manage and mentor scientists and managers. Qualifications: PhD in Immunology or related field, 5+ years industry experience in advanced assay development, expertise in assay lifecycle management, robotic sample handling, and validation under GCLP/cGMP. Strong publication record and experience with analytical validations and biostatistics. Preferred: experience with AI/machine learning for automation, regulatory interactions.
