Sanofi is seeking an experienced and visionary leader for the role of Head of HRIS, Core Workforce, and Lifecycle Product Lines. This critical position is responsible for the product management, digital support, and configuration sustainment of the Workday Core HCM module as well as related contingent worker technologies, onboarding and offboarding solutions. This role also encompasses process optimization to support the rationalization or decommissioning of associated local HRIS systems to ensure alignment with global standards and strategic objectives. This leader will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on a strategic roadmap that enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of HRIS systems across the organization.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital product management, HRIS technology strategy, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing product management teams and technology portfolios.
Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with extensive experience in Workday Core HCM configuration and management. WD HCM Pro certification preferred. Familiarity with local HRIS systems and their integration with global platforms is highly desirable.
Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of core HRIS data elements, core model maintenance and localization needs developed through experience in complex matrixed global organizations.
Business Analytics & Requirements: Comfort eliciting business requirements, analyzing and evaluating current state solutions and advising on best practices to deliver best in class configurations. Ability to coach and motivate a team in this area.
Leadership and Collaboration: Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams through complex technology initiatives. Ability to collaborate effectively with digital P&C technology strategy, people services, and P&C CoE stakeholders.
Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate business needs, manage technical debt, and deliver on a strategic roadmap. Strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Experience in leading change management initiatives is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications in HRIS, Workday, or workforce management are preferred.
Sanofi's Bridgewater, NJ office is scheduled to relocate to Morristown, NJ on or around March 24, 2025 and this role will then be based in Morristown, NJ.
