Qualifications: 20+ years in global supply chain leadership, with experience in pharmaceutical or biopharma industries, including biologics, cell and gene therapies, or temperature-sensitive products. Requires advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; proven expertise in demand/supply planning, S&OP/IBP, logistics, and network optimization; experience supporting product launches and scaling supply networks. High-value specifics include support for biologics, cell and gene therapies, and complex manufacturing modalities, with emphasis on supply resilience and risk mitigation. Collaboration involves cross-functional leadership with Manufacturing, CMC, MSAT, Quality, and Commercial teams. Work setup is based in Bridgewater, NJ, with a focus on strategic leadership and organizational development.
