Head of Global Strategic Sourcing

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred; 13+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement leadership, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sectors. Skills include procurement best practices, supplier negotiation, enterprise process design, risk management, KPIs, and stakeholder management. High-Value specifics: Focus on regulated environments typical of biopharma, with emphasis on strategic sourcing within R&D, clinical operations, or manufacturing functions. Location: Boston, hybrid work model, with some travel anticipated. The role reports to senior leadership and supports global functions.
