Head of Global Product Supply

Role: Head of Global Product Supply responsible for establishing and leading the externalized manufacturing and supply chain for Rezolute’s late-stage rare disease biologic, ersodetug. Objectives include transitioning from clinical to global commercial supply, ensuring robust manufacturing, and supporting regulatory submissions and product launches. Responsibilities encompass designing and implementing a scalable supply organization, overseeing global vendor networks for manufacturing, logistics, labeling, and distribution, and managing supply risk mitigation. The role involves collaboration with Quality, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to maintain supply continuity, optimize processes, and meet milestones for Phase 3 pivotal studies. Qualifications: B.S. degree, 20+ years leading biologics manufacturing and supply chain in biotech or rare disease sectors, with proven experience in establishing global supply chains, engaging with regulatory authorities, and managing vendor relationships. Preferred skills include biologics expertise, commercial launch experience, and leadership in start-up or biotech environments. Work setup involves domestic and international travel (up to 50%), with a flexible schedule to support a distributed team.
