How you will contribute
- Establish strategies and plans for optimal lifecycle management of the Neuroscience franchise portfolio; translate long-range plans into short-term goals/actions with regions.
- Develop the franchise strategy and operational commercial plans, including KPIs (margins, SG&A), global brand plans, and global marketing campaigns; develop global market access plans with the Payer Value and Patient Access team; leverage Insights & Analytics, Payer Value and Patient Access, and others as needed.
- Serve on the Strategy & Portfolio Development (SPD) leadership team as an expert on long-range strategic and life cycle plans.
- Own collaboration with BU/TAU and other functions to develop commercially viable product profiles for in-house assets and external BD opportunities; manage effective transfer of development assets into the franchise.
- Manage a global team and build organizational/individual capabilities to achieve strategy (bench strength, evolving technologies, operating systems, business processes).

Required Skills
- 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech, including line management and matrix leadership.
- Advanced degree in science or business (preferred).
- Demonstrated successful multiple-country, multiple-product commercialization (launch planning through life cycle management).

Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise
- Deep therapy-area knowledge (or ability to acquire rapidly).
- Strong understanding of drug development processes and regulatory pathways, product supply issues, and new product evaluation; incorporate internal stakeholder needs into commercial planning.
- Thorough understanding of commercial aspects (market dynamics, brand management, sales planning/execution, market access, patient advocacy, regulatory, reimbursement) across domestic and international markets.
- Thorough global launch experience.
- Strong financial acumen; design/manage budgets and meet financial targets.

Leadership / Interaction / Innovation (summary bullets)

Compensation and Benefits (explicitly stated)
- U.S. Base Salary Range (Boston, MA): $304,000.00–$418,000.00
- Eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives; medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, disability and life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, well-being benefits; up to 80 hours sick time/year; up to 120 hours paid vacation for new hires.
