Role: Head of Engineering for a new Radioligand Therapy (RLT) manufacturing site, overseeing engineering and facilities operations from design through start-up. Responsibilities: develop and implement the siteโ€™s engineering strategy and five-year master plan, lead capital projects, build and develop a high-performing engineering team, ensure regulatory-compliant design, commissioning, qualification, and maintenance of facilities, utilities, and equipment; collaborate with Quality, Production, Supply Chain, HSE to support inspection readiness and operational excellence; foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelorโ€™s in engineering or related field; 10+ years of progressive engineering experience in US cGMP environments; minimum 5 years leadership in pharmaceutical engineering, including facility design aligned with Lean principles; direct involvement with FDA or EMA inspections; extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical engineering systems, utilities, and lifecycle management. Preferred: experience supporting radiopharmaceutical or sterile manufacturing, and involvement in site start-up projects.
