Role: Lead Clinical Pharmacology for a global biopharma portfolio, supporting drug development, regulatory submissions, and strategic planning for small molecules, biologics, and innovative therapeutics. Responsibilities: develop and execute clinical pharmacology strategies; lead model-informed drug development including PK/PD and exposure-response analyses; oversee bioanalytical and modeling activities internally and via CROs; contribute to regulatory interactions (INDs, CTAs, dossiers); and build a high-performing team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, DMPK, and Biometrics to integrate pharmacology insights into development plans. Qualifications: PhD in Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacokinetics, or related field; 12+ years in drug development, with demonstrated leadership and expertise in global regulatory environments, model-informed approaches, and cross-regional collaboration. Preferred: experience with global regulatory agencies (FDA, EMA, CDE), managing external partners, and supporting business development.
