Head of Clinical Pharmacology

Role: Head of Clinical Pharmacology responsible for leading and expanding the clinical pharmacology team, developing strategic and translational approaches, and supporting drug development pipelines at Structure Therapeutics. Responsibilities: oversee PK/PD data analysis, implement model-informed drug development (MIDD), manage external vendors, contribute to regulatory filings and presentations, mentor junior scientists, and build capabilities in the US and China. Qualifications: MD, PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacokinetics, or PharmD with Clinical Pharmacology fellowship; 12+ years in industry clinical pharmacology, experience with small molecules and metabolism, strong regulatory knowledge (FDA, EMA, ICH), and leadership skills. High-Value: focus on small molecule therapeutics for chronic diseases (cardiovascular, metabolic, pulmonary); experience in global regulatory environments; involvement in clinical drug development, with occasional travel to China and conferences.
