Job Title: Head of Clean Utilities and Sustainability

Main Responsibilities
- Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation and maintenance of Clean Utility systems.
- Lead the sites cross-functional sustainability program to deliver Sanofi’s Planet Care targets for CO2, Energy, Water, Waste, and Biodiversity.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality within the clean utility systems . Manage the department budget for clean utilities and utilities (gas, electricity, water, carbon).
- Manage budgets related to utilities consumption, conservation projects, and sustainability initiatives and identify opportunities to drive cost savings through energy efficiency and water reduction
- Lead a team of engineers and specialists in utility management and sustainability projects
About You
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 6+ years of experience in utility management, with at least 3 years in leadership roles
- Technical experience managing clean and industrial utilities in complex environments
- Experience working in a GMP environment
- Strong project management skills and budget oversight experience
- Strong people management skills and demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams
- Demonstrated experience with Energy and Environmental management systems, programs, and projects
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Preferred Skills
- Professional certification in sustainability or environmental management
- Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and other environmental management systems
- Experience implementing renewable energy or carbon reduction initiatives
- Proven track record of successful sustainability program implementation
