Main Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation and maintenance of Clean Utility systems.
• Lead the sites cross-functional sustainability program to deliver Sanofi’s Planet Care targets for CO2, Energy, Water, Waste, and Biodiversity.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality within the clean utility systems . Manage the department budget for clean utilities and utilities (gas, electricity, water, carbon).
• Manage budgets related to utilities consumption, conservation projects, and sustainability initiatives and identify opportunities to drive cost savings through energy efficiency and water reduction
• Lead a team of engineers and specialists in utility management and sustainability projects
  
  

About You

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 6+ years of experience in utility management, with at least 3 years in leadership roles
• Technical experience managing clean and industrial utilities in complex environments
• Experience working in a GMP environment
• Strong project management skills and budget oversight experience
• Strong people management skills and demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams
• Demonstrated experience with Energy and Environmental management systems, programs, and projects
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Professional certification in sustainability or environmental management
• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and other environmental management systems
• Experience implementing renewable energy or carbon reduction initiatives
• Proven track record of successful sustainability program implementation
