Role: Lead and oversee mammalian cell line development for biologics, including antibodies and bispecifics, supporting early to IND development and lifecycle management. Responsibilities: define CLD strategy, lead a team of ~10 scientists, manage vendor support, and ensure robust vector design, clone screening, stability, and characterization; manage GMP cell banking and quality documentation for regulatory filings; evaluate emerging technologies and build external collaborations. Qualifications: PhD in relevant biotech/science discipline with 10+ years or Master's with 12+ years or Bachelor's with 15+ years of industry experience; recognized expertise in cell line development, host cell engineering, and expression vector design; strong understanding of product quality, manufacturability, and regulatory requirements for complex biologics (e.g., bispecifics). Preferred: experience with automation, high-throughput screening, and lifecycle management supporting commercial cell lines.
