Head of Biometrics

Role: Head of Biometrics overseeing clinical data strategy for Phase 2/3 CNS trials in a biopharma focused on precision psychiatry. Responsibilities: lead biometrics functions including data management, statistical analysis, programming, and visualization; manage external vendors and consultants; develop scalable data processes aligned with regulatory standards; translate complex data into visual narratives for executive decision-making; collaborate across Clinical Operations, Medical, Regulatory, and Engineering teams. Requirements: Master’s in Biostatistics, Data Science, or related; proven leadership in biotech/pharma biometrics; expertise in data visualization, clinical trial design, and CDISC standards; strong communication and cross-functional influence skills; experience managing vendors. Preferred: background in CNS, psychiatry, or digital endpoints; experience with biomarker-stratified trials; involvement in regulatory submissions like NDA or BLA.
