Head of Asset in GU, Oncology Clinical Development

Role: Lead and manage clinical development programs in immunology, oncology, or neuroscience, overseeing design, execution, and interpretation of complex trials. Responsibilities: direct study teams, ensure regulatory compliance, develop clinical strategies, oversee scientific content of protocols and reports, mentor staff, participate in cross-functional Clinical Strategy Teams, and liaise with external opinion leaders. Act as in-house clinical expert, support regulatory interactions, and contribute to business development activities as needed. Requirements: MD/D.O. or equivalent with 7+ years of clinical trial experience, proven leadership, expertise in trial methodology, regulatory standards, and study protocol design. Preferred: additional subspecialty training, international experience, or biotech/pharma industry background.
