Head of Asset in GU, Oncology Clinical Development

Role: Lead and manage multiple clinical development programs in immunology, oncology, or neuroscience, providing scientific and strategic oversight from design to execution. Responsibilities: oversee clinical trial design, ensure study integrity, interpret safety and efficacy data, and report findings; lead and mentor medical/scientific teams; collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Asset Development; develop clinical strategies, author key documents, and ensure regulatory compliance; represent the company at external scientific meetings. Requirements: MD or DO with at least 7 years (preferably 9+) of clinical trial experience in pharma, academia, or similar; deep knowledge of clinical trial methodology, regulatory standards, and development of clinical strategies; proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills; excellent communication skills.
